Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ListLift (the “Service”), operated by the ListLiftteam (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What ListLift is

ListLift helps Etsy sellers turn their own public listing content into draft Pinterest descriptions and Instagram captions, generated with AI and shaped by your own voice preferences. ListLift is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Etsy, Inc. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
• You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing URL, sample text, or other content you submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content for listings you don't own or aren't authorized to market.
• Submit listing URLs or content in a way that circumvents Etsy's Terms of Use or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service or the systems it depends on.
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to impersonate any person or business.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

AI-generated content

• Drafts are generated by an AI model based on the listing data and preferences you provide. Nothing is posted to any platform automatically — every draft is yours to review, edit, and publish manually.
• AI output can be inaccurate, generic, or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you use it, and for complying with each platform's (Pinterest, Instagram, Etsy) own policies on AI-assisted or AI-disclosed content.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will drive any particular outcome, such as increased traffic or sales.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• ListLift offers a free plan with a limited monthly quota of generations, and a paid Pro plan with a higher quota. Current pricing is shown on your account page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and processed by our payment provider, Creem. ListLift does not store your card details.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
• We may change plan pricing or quotas going forward. We'll give notice of material changes before they take effect for existing subscribers.

Your content and our license

You retain ownership of the listing content, voice samples, and any other material you submit, and of the drafts generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, generating your drafts and storing your history) — see our Privacy Policy for details on how data is used and retained.

Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Etsy's public API or our AI provider will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListLift and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to do so by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ListLiftevolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
