These are the standard rates the calculator above uses. Etsy charges most US sellers three fees on every sale, plus a fourth only when an order comes from an Etsy-paid ad.

Does Etsy still charge fees on discounted sales?
Yes. Etsy's 6.5% transaction fee and payment processing apply to what the buyer actually pays after your coupon, and the $0.20 listing fee applies regardless. This calculator recomputes all of them at your chosen discount.
Do Etsy coupons apply to shipping?
Etsy sale and coupon percentages come off item prices, not shipping, and never off the fees Etsy charges you. This tool models a discount on the item price only.
